Training programs

Group training

Mini-groups of 3–6 people with a focus on game situations and team dynamics. For amateurs who want to develop their game and are looking for a motivating atmosphere. Includes group warm-up, game-based exercises, competitive elements and individual adjustments. Advantages: more affordable price, group energy and tactical development.

One of my Saturday groups started with four strangers at 9 a.m. They’re now friends, play in an amateur league, and never miss a practice. That’s what a group does—it keeps you accountable and gives you someone to play with.

Olya
