Individual training

Personalized lessons with a coach, tailored to the student’s level and goals.

Group training

Training sessions in mini groups of 3-6 people with a focus on team dynamics and game situations.

Tennis for children

Programs for children aged 4 to 16, aimed at developing coordination, attention and love of sports.

Tennis for adults

A program for adults who want to learn to play, improve their physical fitness, or simply enjoy an active vacation.

Cardio Tennis / Fitness Tennis

Dynamic workout with elements of tennis and cardio.
Suitable for those who want to lose weight and improve their endurance.

Pair training

We practice teamwork and tactics in doubles. Role distribution, coordination between partners, role-playing scenarios and network tactics.

Trial session

The first introductory lesson to determine your level and goals. Includes an assessment of physical fitness, technique check, and selection of the optimal program. The goal is for you to get a feel for my approach and get involved in the process — without commitment.

Tournament preparation

Intensive training for competitive players. Includes match analysis and tactical debriefing, physical and mental preparation, nutrition and recovery plan, and game situation training. Suitable for teenagers, juniors, and amateurs reaching competitive level.

Technique review and video analysis

Video-based analysis of hitting technique with specific recommendations. We analyze stance, swing and contact, compare with professional players and create a personalized improvement plan. For anyone who wants to progress even between workouts.
